Am I A Candidate?
Pain relief. Better mobility. Increased flexibility. Why wait?
Good candidates for partial knee replacement meet the following criteria:
- Between age 40 and 75
- Healthy, active adults
- Experience stiffness, joint pain, swelling and limited mobility on a regular basis
- Have an osteoarthritis diagnosis
- Arthritis limited to one or two areas or compartments, rather than entire knee
- Advanced osteoarthritis that has not responded to non-surgical treatment options (physical therapy, medication, supplements, injections)
If you have osteoarthritis and other treatment methods have not been effective, talk with your doctor to see if you are a candidate for a partial knee replacement using robotic surgery.
